Meet The Team

A group from a wide variety of fields dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship within vulnerable communities. With a mixture of backgrounds in engineering, marketing, graphic design, community organizing, and case management - we seek to provide holistic and individualized consulting at no charge to support those lacking the resources and support needed to reach their business goals. Our approach is rooted in community, learning from the wisdom and expertise of our clients, and providing the tools needed to empower them in achieving the visions they have for their businesses. We look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your journey.

  • Zoë Edington (she/her)

    CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

My time in quarantine taught me many things, including how much more we need to do for the BIPOC community and small businesses. That's why I'm so excited to be part of Dahlia and have the opportunity to work with amazingly talented and gifted people. Outside of Dahlia, I am studying to become a UX designer so that I can design products that create a positive impact on society and the world at large.
